1. Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You can shop at styloshoes.com, either by registering with us or using a guest account to checkout.


2. How do I select items to purchase?
As you browse through the STYLO Website, click on the Add to Cart button for the items that you wish to purchase.


3. How do I place an order on STYLO Website?
Once your desired item is added to the shopping cart just click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and select proceed to checkout, you can either checkout as a Guest or you can sign up to get latest updates. Then you have to provide your personal details, select the payment method and then select place order button. Then you will receive a verification code, please enter it in a given tab, so your order can be verified.


4. Will my order be placed if I don’t send the code?
Your order will be placed, if you do not receive the confirmation code, In case, if you do not receive the verification code, you will receive a confirmation call from our customer care representative between 09:00AM- 05:00PM.


5. What are your payment options?
You can only purchase your items through Credit/Debit card.


6. How much does shipping cost?
The shipping rate for our international orders will be calculated at the checkout page as per the weight of the order.


7. What are your Delivery Areas?
We deliver all over US, UK, Canada, UAE and Saudi Arabia  through courier services.


8. Can I change or cancel my order?

9. How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following week.


10. How can I track my delivery?
Once you have placed your order, we will email you a Customer Order Number. With the help of this number you can track your order. Along with the order number, you will receive a SMS once the order is being picked by the courier company containing the tracking number of your order. So that you can track your order easily.


11. How long does it take for my order to reach me?
We will endeavour to deliver orders within 15 to 20 working days subject to provision of a valid address within US, UK, Canada, UAE and Saudi Arabia. However force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.


12. What happens if I receive a damaged product/item?
